Celogix Property Fund Expands its Logistics Portfolio in The Netherlands

LONDON-Logistics property fund Celogix has bought a new 150,000-sf shed at Waddinxveen, Distripark A12 in the Netherlands. It is let on a long-term lease contract to Dammes-Laban

LONDON-C€LOGIX Property Fund, the logistics property fund, has bought a new modern logistics distribution centre at Waddinxveen, in Distripark A12, the Netherlands. The property has a floor space of 150,000 sf and will be occupied in this month by Dammes-Laban. The property is strategically located between Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht and is direct accessible through motorways A12 and A20. The investment is worth €10 million ($9.23 million).

The C€LOGIX Property Fund owns four distribution centres in the Netherlands at Tilburg, Venray, Venlo and Nijmegen, one in Germany at Bedburg, between Dsseldorf and Cologne, and three in France at Mitry-Compans and Lagny-Le-Sec, both near Paris, Charles de Gaulle Airport and Plaine de l’Ain near Lyon.
