JLL Will Open Garden State Office

NEW JERSEY-The real estate services firm has tapped SJP's Charlie Hatfield to head its new NJ operations, a move brought about by its increasing client demand within the state.

NEW JERSEY-Jones Lang LaSalle, the real estate services and investment management firm, will open its first office in New Jersey. To accomplish that, JLL has hired Charlie Hatfield, VP/director of new business development for SJP Properties of Parsippany, NJ, bringing him on board with the title of senior vice president.

Hatfield will open, manage and staff the office, which will be located at a site to be announced in the Bedminster area of Somerset County. The new office will focus on both tenant and owner representation in the office and industrial sectors.
