Manufacturer To Expand in Anaheim

ANAHEIM, CA-The new tenant, Lee Ah Sheng Enterprises Ltd., has inked a six-year lease to occupy a 50,160-sf industrial facility here. The new space, which will house the company's Southern California headquarters, is twice the size of Lee Ah Sheng's current site.

ANAHEIM, CA-Lee Ah Sheng Enterprises Ltd., a manufacturer and distributor of window coverings, has sealed a six-year lease that will allow it to double its current capacity in Anaheim.

The company has inked a $1.8-million agreement to occupy a 50,160-sf industrial facility here. Lee Ah Sheng is slated to move into the new location, which stands at 1300 N. Jefferson St., on June 1. Approximately 35 employees will be based at the site, which will house the company’s Southern California headquarters. The concrete tilt-up includes 3,200 sf of office space, dock high and ground level loading, a large fenced year and ample on-site parking.
