Balcones Dermatology will take 10,000 sf for 10 years. The practice moves from the Balcones office building at RM 2222 and MoPac Boulevard. David Sheldon of Endeavor Real Estate Group represented the building owner, WBE Park North LP. Pat Herron of HerronWilliams bargained for the tenant, who is planning an August move-in.

In the other transaction, the accounting firm of Wood, Johnson, Heath has reserved 5,200 sf at Park North in a 5 1/2-year lease. Sheldon and Derek Land, also of Endeavor, represented the building owner while John Hanley of Commercial Real Estate Solutions handled talks for the tenant.

The Park North buildings, both three stories and totaling 130,000 sf, were built in 1984. Sheldon declined to disclose the occupancy levels of the buildings. He did say, however, that tenants Concord Insurance and Fidelity National Title Co. have expanded their space in the buildings.
