Tom Krobot, president, U.S. operations, Ashton Woods Homes, calls Cavaretta "one of the most experienced community development professionals in Florida."
Ashton Woods is the homebuilding division of Great Gulf Group. Black Amber and Ashton plan to open eight new communities in metro Orlando over the next five years, Krobot says in a prepared statement. Ashton has active communities in Orlando, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas and Phoenix.
