The contract could be aggregately worth $109M, the Nashville, TN-based company says in a prepared statement.

The contract has seven one-year renewal options. Revenue is expected to start flowing in the fourth quarter of this year.

The contract "reflects the BOP's ongoing commitment to utilize the private sector to allow the agency the flexibility in managing their bed-space needs in a reasonable and cost effective manner," John Ferguson, the firm's president/CEO says in the statement.
