EPD Wearnes will be relocating within Rancho Cucamonga into the larger, single-story, freestanding industrial building with a double gated yard that the company will use for light manufacturing of commercial water treatment products. Occupancy is scheduled for July 2002.
The company is moving from elsewhere in Rancho Cucamonga where it was in an older facility. The new 1999 industrial space has 1,200 amps of power, which was one of the considerations for the relocation. The site had been vacant for three weeks prior to the signing of the lease. Its pervious tenant was Western Container, which was using the space for overflow and has since returned to its other Rancho Cucamonga location.
EPD Wearnes will be doing some renovation to the space adding a second story of office space to bring the total office space near 3,600 sf.
The leasee, EPD Wearnes, Inc., was represented by Teresia Knight of NAI Capital Commercial. The lessor, Charles W. Unsworth, Trustee, was represented by Jeff Ruscigano and Mike Giuliano of Lee & Associates.
