The new tenant plans to open a store here in July. It will join current occupants Ralphs, Sav-on, Home Expo, Loehmann's, Mann Theaters and Strouds at the retail complex. Encompassing 370,000 sf, the Center at Rancho Niguel stands at 28031 Greenfield.

Established in 1932, Ethan Allen designs, manufactures and sells its own furniture. Counting more than 10,000 employees among its ranks, the company has more than 300 stores. It also operates 18 plants and three saw mills.
