DFDS Transport, a major European transport and logistics company, will lease back the building. The building is designed to meet the increasingly competitive third party logistics market. The facility is located in the Händelö Industrial Area, 2 miles from the centre of Norrköping, close to the E4 motorway.

DTZ advised ProLogis on the purchase.

ProLogis Managing Director Robin von Weiler said: "We have identified Scandinavia as a strategic market and a logical extension of our European network of customer-driven distribution facilities. We value the relationship and this transaction with DFDS as the best way to enter this market where a large number of our international customers are based."
