Saks houses a leased Penhaligon's in its New York flagship store. In its markets, Saks Fifth Avenue will be the exclusive point of distribution for Penhaligon's-branded products, along with the free-standing Penhaligon's stores, the Birmingham, AL-based retailer says in a prepared statement.
The transition is over an unspecified number of years. Cradle Holdings Inc. is Penhaligon's parent.
