In the second transaction, The Westland Hotel Corp., a hotel management company, has renewed a three-year lease for 1,680 sf of office space at 8885 Rio San Diego Drive in the Rio Vista Office Building in a deal valued at $123,000.
The Shidler Group was represented by Francesca Busalacchi of Meissner Jacquet Investment Management Services. Westland Hotel Corporation represented itself.
