The NNR Aircargo location, at 18531 Broadwick St. in Rancho Dominguez, is one of Watson Land Co.'s "Legacy Buildings," a new generation of flex building with fiber optic availability and energy-saving features designed to work equally well for office, technology or industrial uses. The master planned center offers a 3% skylight ratio for increased energy efficiency, according to a representative of real estate operations for Watson Land Co.

Legacy Building(SM) 657 is now 100% leased to NNR Aircargo and Santa Monica Seafood. NNR Aircargo (USA), Inc. is an international logistics service provider. The Santa Monica Seafood Co. has signed an eight-year lease for 60,700 sf also in Legacy Building (SM) 657 at a transaction value of $850,000. The company previously operated two distribution centers in Santa Monica and Orange County. Calls by GlobeSt.com to secure the financial terms of the transaction were not returned.

Santa Monica Seafood Co. has been in business more than 60 years, supplying restaurants, hotels and country clubs throughout Southern California with the seafood. In addition, the company maintains three retail locations--Santa Monica, Orange and Costa Mesa--selling directly to the public. The company is family owned and was founded in 1939. It employs more than 200 people.
