The buyer, Dr. David Mai, has paid more than $820,000 for the facility, which is located at 17305 Brookhurst St. He plans to use the building as a medical office.
Mai was represented by Suzanne Richie and Steve Ehrich of Charles Dunn Co. Barry Knudson and Dave Desper of the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis acted on behalf of the landlord, Stricklin Family Trust.
The facility is the latest in a string of small office buildings to change hands in Orange County in recent weeks. Two other recent deals include the sale of an 8,421-sf facility in Orange and the acquisition of a 33,335-sf building in Santa Ana. In the Orange transaction, Sander, Collins & Rehaste LLC paid $1.2 million for an office facility located at 5316 E. Chapman Ave. The seller was Hughes, Horwitz & Sullivan. In the Santa Ana deal, TMP Parkcenter Ltd. sold a garden-style building that stands at 801 Parkcenter Dr. to Professional Real Estate Services. The buyer paid more than $3.2 million for the two-story facility.
