ROSEVILLE, CA-Richland Communities Inc. is selling the 130-acre Stone Point site to various developers that are confident in Roseville’s potential for an office boom, including Shea Properties and Opus West.

The site, which is located at North Sunrise Boulevard and Eureka Road, was purchased by Richland Communities in 2000 from Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing. Now, the development company plans to divide and sell the land.
