The transaction is one of the largest leasing deals signed in the San Fernando Valley this year. Sun America is amending its 1997 lease in the newest building of the Warner Center, which was erected in 1995. It is a 605,000-sf, 25-story office building that is currently 97% leased.

The Warner Center features office and industrial buildings built over a series of phases between 1982 and 1995. It is comprised of an inventory of roughly 2.3 million sf over 21 different class and type buildings.

Sun America was represented by Jim Travers and Lawson Martin of Travers Realty. AEW was represented in the transaction by Dave Sollmon, Bill Inglis and Don Hudson of CB Richard Ellis, in an office located at the Warner Center.
