Sun America Signs 10-year, $50M Lease

WOODLAND HILLS, CA-In one of the San Fernando Valley's largest lease deals this year, the company is expanding its current lease by 60,000 sf to a total of 160,000 at Warner Center, a 605,000-sf, 25-story office building.

WOODLAND HILLS, CA-AEW Capital Management has leased 160,000 sf at the Warner Center, located here, to Sun America. The 10-year lease represents a 60,000-sf expansion of Sun America’s current presence in Warner Center. The value of the lease is $50 million.

The transaction is one of the largest leasing deals signed in the San Fernando Valley this year. Sun America is amending its 1997 lease in the newest building of the Warner Center, which was erected in 1995. It is a 605,000-sf, 25-story office building that is currently 97% leased.
