Encompassing 47,200 sf, the freestanding, single-story facility stands at 10730 Bell Court. EPD Wearnes will relocate from its current site, also in Rancho Cucamonga, to the new building in July of this year. The company plans to utilize the large, high-image facility with its double-gated yard for light manufacturing of commercial water treatment products.
Teresia Knight of NAI Capital Commercial acted on behalf of EDP Wearnes Inc. The building owner, Charles W. Unsworth, Trustee, was represented by Jeff Ruscigano and Mike Giuliano of Lee & Associates. The transaction is valued at $1.2 million.
Many industrial users are turning to the Inland Empire market, as this region boasts two key characteristics that are advantageous to companies of all size: low rental rates and a varied selection of new product.
