Thomas Weinstock, who formerly served as managing director for Grubb & Ellis, has been named a vice president in CB Richard Ellis' transaction services area. He will specialize in office leasing as well as landlord and tenant representation in the region. Robert J. Gold, who was also a managing director for Grubb & Ellis, was named a vice president with CB Richard Ellis and will specialize in leasing and marketing of office space and tenant and landlord representation in Fairfield County

Fagan says that Weinstock has more than 14 years experience in commercial real estate and is an appraiser, holding licenses in Connecticut and Massachusetts. During his tenure at Grubb & Ellis, he represented J.D. Power & Associates, the American Red Cross, Advanstar Communications and Mosaic Performance Solutions. The Stamford resident began his career in real estate as a commercial and residential appraiser and worked for such firms as Appraisal Resources in Stamford and Statewide Appraisal in West Haven.

"Tom has been a trusted advisor to commercial real estate occupants, investors, lenders and owners for more than a decade," Fagan notes. "His valuable experience and knowledge in this market makes Tom truly a great asset to our Stamford office."

Gold, a resident of Milford, began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in its market research department. In his brokerage career, he has represented such firms as the American Red Cross, Valassis Communications, OutlookSoft Corp., and eMedia LLC.
