JPI, Crescent Rack Up More Accolades

DALLAS-CEL & Associates again honor JPI for its multifamily ownership while Crescent has three office buildings walking away with educational honors for its FACES of Change program. The honorees are in Las Colinas and downtown Dallas.

DALLAS-Irving’s JPI and Fort Worth’s Crescent Real Estate Equities get more plaques for the walls in their corporate offices. JPI is named multifamily developer of the year by CEL & Associates while Crescent’s FACES of Change program stacks up additional educational accolades.

For JPI, it’s the second consecutive year for the CEL & Associates honor, which hands out the plaque based on resident satisfaction surveys. JPI won for property owners with multifamily portfolios of 25 to 50 properties. Some 3,000 properties, representing in excess of 700,000 units nationwide, were surveyed for the annual competition.
