Ability Counts Inc., which is a state funded organization, has inked a seven-year deal for 37,800 sf in Corona. The company, which is relocating from its current Corona site, will move to 775 Trademark Circle. The building owner, 45 Magnolia Partnership LLP, was represented by Brian Bargeman of Investment Building Group. Chris Hauso and John Boyer of NAI Capital Commercial acted on behalf of Ability Counts.
Hauso and Boyer also represented Ability Counts in the company's second Inland Empire lease transaction for 33,248 sf in Riverside. The organization has signed a five-year lease to occupy the site, which stands at 6780 Central Ave. It will be the second Riverside location for Ability Counts, which plans to use both of its newly leased sites for the processing of plastic items.
