ONCOR Names New Local Partner

SEATTLE-ONCOR International, a group of 50 privately-owned commercial real estate firms, names Pacific Real Estate Partners as its new Puget Sound representative.

SEATTLE-The locally-based Pacific Real Estate Partners has joined forces with ONCOR International.

“Pacific is an ideal fit for ONCOR’s needs in the important Seattle market,” says David A. Ball, ONCOR’s president and chief executive officer. “It’s a proven mid-sized firm with strong leadership, experienced brokers, and excellent corporate and investor relationships. ONCOR’s global system of companies, and its clients, will be well served with this addition.”

Pacific is among the highest rated companies in the Seattle area in tenant representation and investment services. Its clients include AT&T, VoiceStream, GE Capital Investment Advisors, and SAFECO.
