$12M Medical/Office Complex Coming to Moorpark

MOORPARK, CA-Ventura County developer Grand Moorpark LLC plans to begin work on the 48,000-sf two-story medical and office building by September of this year, with a completion date scheduled for the end of the second quarter 2003.

MOORPARK, CA-Ventura County veteran developer Grand Moorpark LLC has announced plans to build a $12 million medical and office complex here. Construction is scheduled to begin in September, with completion slated for the end of the second quarter 2003.

The Grand Moorpark development is to be built on four acres at 650 West Los Angeles Ave. in Moorpark. The project will feature a 48,000-sf, two-story medical and office building, complemented by two separate sites of approximately 3,800 sf each earmarked for build to suits, restaurants, banks, medical or financial institution use.

Grand Moorpark will be distinguished by Spanish Mediterranean architecture, and wood, steel and stucco construction. The developer is handling design and construction in house.
