Bon Marche Branching Out With 2 More Stores

KENNEWICK, WA-The Cincinnati-based Federated Department Stores, Inc. signs an agreement for two new Bon Marche stores -- one here and one in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Both properties, currently operated by Gottschalks Inc., will undergo remodeling beginning in August and are scheduled to re-open as Bon Marche stores by late fall.

KENNEWICK, WA-The Cincinnati-based Federated Department Stores, Inc. continues its expansion in the Northwest, with two new Bon Marche stores.

Both properties, currently operated by Gottschalks Inc., will undergo remodeling beginning in August and are scheduled to re-open as Bon Marche stores by late fall.

“We are very excited about opening these new stores,” says Daniel Edelman, chairman of The Bon Marche, which is owned by Federated. “Federated continues to invest in our developing Northwest market, which lets us continue to meet the growing needs of our customers.”
