An additional benefit of this reduction is that Jubilee Place, which is currently under construction and will provide more than 80,000 sf of new retail units, will be introduced into rating at a proportionally lower rate than originally anticipated, on it's completion in 2003.

Following the completion of Jubilee Place, the Canary Wharf complex as a whole will comprise around 200 units covering nearly 600,000 sf of space.
