According to Sushil R. Patel, principal and managing director of Presidio Hotel Group, the company is looking to different segments of lodging to expand its portfolio in California. "We are especially excited about this property as it represents our entry into to the boutique luxury hotel market," adds Patel.
The 67-room boutique full service hotel is located at 5450 China Garden Rd. and features an outdoor pool and whirlpool with foothill views, walking paths, a fitness center, sauna, 3,000-sf of meeting space, concierge and business services with a 24-hour business center, banquet facilities and the Zinfandel Grille restaurant.
The guest rooms are designed with European-detailed decor plus the modern conveniences that business travelers require including high-speed Internet connections and dual-line telephones with data port and voice mail.
