The center will offer learning programs for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years and will be open Monday through Friday, from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The KinderCare will offer acontemporary classroom-style facility with computer-integrated learning programs for preschool and kindergarten-age children.

Rachel Carlson, who has worked for the last eight years in childcare after attending the University of Minnesota, will be the KinderCare center's director.

The new facility will feature an outdoor Playscape, which offers a variety of settings, surfaces, textures and equipment to stimulate learning and development by offering a variety of play opportunities, the company says.

KinderCare Learning Centers, based in Portland, OR, is a provider of early childhood education and care to children between the ages of six weeks and 12 yearswith 1,264 care centers in the US and two in the UK.
