Ability Counts relocated within Corona, Calif. and has leased 37,800 sf of industrial space at 775 Trademark Circle. The landlord is 45 Magnolia Partnership, LLP. The lease is for seven years.

In Riverside, Calif., Ability Counts has leased 33,248 sf of industrial space for five-years at 6780 Central Avenue from Sanford M. Gage. This will be the second location in Riverside for Ability Counts.

Both locations in Corona and Riverside will be used for the processing of plastic items. Ability Counts is a non-profit, state-funded organization that provides jobs for disabled adults.

Ability Counts, Inc. was represented by Chris Hauso and John Boyer of NAI Capital Commercial, who also represented the lessor, Sanford M. Gage, on the 6780 Central Ave. lease. Brian Bargeman of Investment Building Group represented 45 Magnolia Partnership, LLP, the landlord at 775 Trademark Circle.
