The buildings, known as Baron's Court, Bank Chambers and 1-3 Swan Street, provide a total of 27,600 sf multi-let office accommodation with a small proportion of ground floor retail.The current rent roll is £381,500 ($557,257) pa and Arlo offered a 12-month rental guarantee for the vacant 1 Swan Street.
This acquisition adds to Quorum Estates property holdings in the Wilmslow area, which include Cypress House and Chadsworth House. FPDSavills advised Arlo.
