Imperial Tool has signed a three-year lease valued at $87,000 for 3,127 sf of industrial space at 689 Marsat Court. The space will be used for warehousing, distribution and administrative offices for an air tool and abrasive company. The lessor, Westcore Industrial Properties, was represented by Michael Mossmer of Voit Commercial Brokerage. Imperial Tool was represented by Scott Danshaw of Coldwell Banker Commercial.

In another deal valued at $157,000, David J. Foods Products signed a five-year lease for 3,668 sf of warehouse space at the same address. The space will be used for food distribution and storage of delivery trucks. David J. Foods Products was represented by Rudy Mendoza of Burnham Real Estate.

Jesus Tapia, dba Communion Fuente de Vida, has signed a three-year lease for 3,298 sf of warehouse space at 656 Marsat Court. The space will be used for storage and distribution of religious publications and books. Total consideration was $82,000. Jesus Tapia was represented by Lee Stein of Voit Commercial Brokerage.
