HOUSTON-A locally based environmental remediation law firm has moved from about 4,000 sf off Bissonnet Street in the Greenway Plaza submarket to 6,123 sf in the Chase Bank Building at 4265 San Felipe in the Galleria submarket.
Ron McWherter, first vice president of the Houston office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented tenant Campbell, George & Strong, which also has offices in Dallas, San Francisco and Washington, DC. McWherter tells GlobeSt.com that the firm has added partners and increased business, creating the obvious need for more office space. The Chase Bank’s owner-managed status helped sew up the deal, according to McWherter.Steve Rocher and Kristin Porter, both of Grubb & Ellis Co.’s Houston office, negotiated the long-term pact for the building owner, BMS Management Inc.
