LONDON-Allen & Overy, which last year agreed to relocate its London headquarters to a new 750,000-sf building at Spitalfields, is to take 78,000 sf of supplementary space at Canary Wharf. The international law firm has signed a pre-letting in 40, Bank Street, a 40-storey tower due for completion in March 2003.

The Cesar Pelli-designed building has a link to the underground retail mall,Jubilee Place, which is also under construction. The retail mall will link tothe Jubilee Line Station and to the newly rebuilt Heron Quays Docklands LightRailway Station. The will overlookthe new 5-acre Jubilee Park.
