The lease is for seven years. The rental rate was not disclosed, but brokers familiar with the property estimate it at about $20 per sf, comparable to rates in the area. A Koger representative tells GlobeSt.com the occupancy rate is "unavailable."
The tenant is scheduled to move in August, vacating 55,000 sf in a single-story office at Breckinridge Center in Gwinnett County, which was recently completed by locally based-Oakmont Industrial Group.
