ATLANTA-Reynolds & Reynolds, a Dayton, OH-based manufacturer of software for the automotive industry, leases 30,300 sf in the four-story, 92,400-sf Gwinnett Building in Koger Center in Duluth, GA. It was built in 1990 and is owned by Boca Raton, FL-based Koger Equity.

The lease is for seven years. The rental rate was not disclosed, but brokers familiar with the property estimate it at about $20 per sf, comparable to rates in the area. A Koger representative tells GlobeSt.com the occupancy rate is “unavailable.”
