Two development companies are currently in escrow in the area to buy land for proposed condominium projects. There are very few condominium projects in the area because, until recently, detached homes were relatively affordable.
Warmington Homesch plans to purchase an 11-acre lot in Roseville, on which it will build a 160-unit condominium project. John Laing Homes plans to purchase a 24-acre lot ion Folsom's Parkway development. The developer will build a 255-unit condominium project on the site.If the deals on the sites close, the developers could break ground early next year.
