The 700 Pattison building is adjacent to Lincoln Financial Field, the stadium complex under construction for the Philadelphia Eagles. Jetro renovated the 288,000-sf building last year. The property has 24-foot ceilings, tailgate truck doors, rail service and access to I-95 and I-76.

Atlantic and Triangle provide packaging, warehousing and fulfillment services to firms in the Delaware Valley.

Patrick J. Green, senior managing director of Insignia/ESG's Philadelphia office, represented Jetro Real Estate Co. of Philadelphia in the transaction. This is Green's sixth transaction for Jetro since 1981.
