Jetro Leases 116,000 SF to Atlantic Packaging

PHILADELPHIA-The warehouse/distribution space is in the renovated 288,000-sf Unit 3 at 700 Pattison Avenue, owned by Philadelphia-based Jetro Real Estate, and next to the construction site of the new Philadelphia Eagles stadium.

PHILADELPHIA-Locally based-Atlantic Packaging, Inc. and Triangle Container have signed a long-term lease for 116,000 sf at Unit 3 of 700 Pattison Ave. Length and price of the lease were not disclosed, but area brokers estimate the rental rate is approximately $3.50 per sf, average for industrial space in this area of Philadelphia County.

The 700 Pattison building is adjacent to Lincoln Financial Field, the stadium complex under construction for the Philadelphia Eagles. Jetro renovated the 288,000-sf building last year. The property has 24-foot ceilings, tailgate truck doors, rail service and access to I-95 and I-76.
