The structure will have shallow rooted plants on the roof that will help absorb rainwater runoff. Washington Brick will occupy the top floor, leaving the remaining 28,000 sf on the second and third floors available for lease. There will also be a ground level garage at the site. Construction is scheduled for completion before this winter.
