Communications Firm Signs 10-year Lease at 75 Broad St.

NEW YORK CITY-Long distance services provider PaeTec Communications Inc. has leased close to 14,000 sf of class A built-out switching operations space on the 16th floor of 75 Broad St.Building owner JEMB Realty was represented by Newmark’s William Cohen. Fairport, NY-based PaeTec was self-represented in negotiating the 10-year lease. Rents per square foot are between $30 and $40.In a $30-million upgrade, JEMB has wired the 675,000-sf property to attract tenants that rely on technologically advanced systems for daily business activities.
