Advanced Programming Concepts Inc. exits 20,000 sf at 7004 Bee Cave Rd., in the southwest submarket, for Stone Creek Park. Last fall, the dot-bomb building's broker signed Time Warner Cable to 22,000 sf.

Steve Mattingly of the Gottesman Co. represented the building owner, a partnership affiliated with Gottesman. Advanced Programming Concepts did not have a representative. Mattingly says the tenant and Time Warner leases are long term, but he declined to say how long.

The Austin-based defense contractor develops command-and-control systems for military applications. In 1999, Ultra Electronics, based in England, acquired the company.

Stone Creek Park is a 77,000-sf, two-story building on seven acres situated between US Highway 183 and Parmer Lane. Agillion, which developed software for small businesses, moved into the well-appointed building in 2000. After going through more than $40 million in venture capital, the company filed for bankruptcy protection last year.
