Stone Creek Park Moves to 80% Occupancy

AUSTIN-Advanced Programming Concepts, a defense contractor, takes 41,000 sf in the far northwest submarket of Austin. The building once housed Agillion.com, one of the city's most well-known dot-bombs.

AUSTIN-A defense contractor’s lease for 41,000 sf takes Stone Creek Park at 3300 Duval Rd. in the far northwest submarket to 80% occupied. The building was the former home of Agillion.com Inc., one of Austin’s most notorious dot-com flame-outs.

Advanced Programming Concepts Inc. exits 20,000 sf at 7004 Bee Cave Rd., in the southwest submarket, for Stone Creek Park. Last fall, the dot-bomb building’s broker signed Time Warner Cable to 22,000 sf.

Steve Mattingly of the Gottesman Co. represented the building owner, a partnership affiliated with Gottesman. Advanced Programming Concepts did not have a representative. Mattingly says the tenant and Time Warner leases are long term, but he declined to say how long.
