Atlanta-based Ronus, which owned a 262,700-sf facility for 14 years, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the transaction. Noble was self-represented. The sale price has not been disclosed.

Located at the intersection of State Road 50 and Hiawassee Road, the center is occupied by Home Depot, Office Depot, Rhodes Furniture, Dockside Imports and a variety of national and local tenants.

"The disposition of this asset is in line with our strategy to focus on larger, more dominant centers to grow the Ronus portfolio," states Rick Langhorne, president of Ronus.

Ronus currently oversees a portfolio comprised of nearly five million sf of retail space and 220,000 square feet of class A office space. Its retail holdings include dominant shopping centers located throughout the Eastern United States, all with a mix of national, regional and local merchants.
