Gleason has more than 17 years of experience in asset management, property & facility management, construction management and leasing. His experience includes the management and leasing of high-rise and suburban office buildings and industrial/R&D parks, renovation of numerous commercial projects, supervising, hiring, training and motivating management and leasing teams and developing property management procedures.
