Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated both leases on behalf of the building owner, a joint venture between Jones Lang LaSalle and L.M. Sandler & Sons. While the lease terms are not being released, Jones Lang LaSalle markets space in the four-story building for $17.50 per-sf.
