PNC Building in Wilkes-Barre Sells for $2M

PHILADELPHIA-A group of New York investors, identified as 11-17 West Market Street LLC, buys the 72,000-sf PNC Building at that address in Downtown Wilkes-Barre, PA from locally based-Deauville X LP. It is reportedly fully-leased.

Insignia/ESG's Allentown, PA office represented Deauville in the transaction.

According to a statement, the building is nearly fully-occupied. Tenants include PNC Bank, the Federal Home Loan Bank, Ticketmaster and two law firms.

Rental rates in the Wilkes-Barre area of Luzerne County average approximately $18.50 per sf, according to brokers doing business in that area.
