The kick-off report, focusing on Dallas will be written by GlobeSt.com Southwest bureau chief Connie Gore. The reports will appear in the magazine's MarketPulse pages starting in August. Future cities are yet to be determined.

"The decision allows us to capitalize on the strengths of both properties," states editorial director Michael G. Desiato. "Real Estate Forum has long been recognized as the leader in national coverage of the commercial real estate market. GlobeSt.com, since its launch two years ago, has quickly gained dominance on the web for its local coverage of real estate news and issues around the country. It's a one-two punch for Forum, allowing us to enhance our national editorial stance with analysis and news from journalists in the street."
