Located at 252 Granite St., the 72,092-sf facility is part of a 4.75-acre master-planned business park known as Corona Hills Industrial Center. The concrete tilt-up includes 3,600 sf of office space, four dock-high loading doors, five ground-level loading doors and a large fenced yard.
The new tenant, Worr Game Products Inc., will be the sole occupant in the building. It plans to relocate from its current Santa Fe Springs site, which is smaller than the Corona facility, in July. The Corona building will be used for the manufacture and distribution of paintball equipment.
Cliff Fincher and Dave Hunsaker of Lee & Associates acted on behalf of Worr Game Products. The building owner, American Products, was represented by Kevin Chapin of NAI Capital Commercial.
American Products purchased the building at 252 Granite St. from CT Realty Corp. in autumn 2000. It had been the sole tenant here since December 1999, but decided to relocate to a bigger Corona facility earlier this year.
