Paintball Maker Inks $1.8M Industrial Lease

CORONA, CA-Worr Game Products Inc. signs a five-year agreement to occupy a Corona industrial facility, which stands at 252 Granite St. The 72,092-sf building is part of the 4.75-acre Corona Hills Industrial Center, a master-planned business park.

CORONA, CA-A company that manufactures and distributes paintball equipment has inked a five-year lease for a Corona industrial building and plans to relocate here from Santa Fe Springs.

Located at 252 Granite St., the 72,092-sf facility is part of a 4.75-acre master-planned business park known as Corona Hills Industrial Center. The concrete tilt-up includes 3,600 sf of office space, four dock-high loading doors, five ground-level loading doors and a large fenced yard.

The new tenant, Worr Game Products Inc., will be the sole occupant in the building. It plans to relocate from its current Santa Fe Springs site, which is smaller than the Corona facility, in July. The Corona building will be used for the manufacture and distribution of paintball equipment.
