"We are currently talking to a number of firms considering space in the building," according to Vincent Marano, chief operating officer of National Business Parks. "They range from prospective full occupancy tenants to firms requiring 3,000 sf."

The renovation project at the two-story building involves a refurbishing of all public spaces, including new granite floors and walls and new lighting systems. The asset is located on Route 202/206 in a business corridor that includes such corporate neighbors as Ethicon, Hoechst Marion Roussel, Ortho Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson, Roche Diagnostics, AT&T, MetLife, Exxon and Chubb.
