Renovation of 48,500 SF Asset Nearly Complete

BRIDGEWATER, NJ-Construction is just about done on a major renovation project at the Bridgewater Corporate Center, a 48,500-sf office building in this Somerset County community. National Business Parks of Princeton, NJ, the management arm of building owner Lawrence Zirinsky Associates, is the leasing agent and is also supervising the renovation.

“We are currently talking to a number of firms considering space in the building,” according to Vincent Marano, chief operating officer of National Business Parks. “They range from prospective full occupancy tenants to firms requiring 3,000 sf.”
