Wilson Bowden Developments has now agreed a development framework with its partners Northwest Development Agency, Rochdale Council, and the Rochdale Development Agency, enabling an early start on the mixed-use development.
Wilson Bowden Chief Executive, David Wilson, said: "Kingsway follows a fully comprehensive masterplan with outline planning permission for 3.3 million sf of mixed use space including 74 acres of new parkland and can accommodate industrial/ warehouse buildings of up to 1 million sf."
